Please do not send unnecessary guest, payment, credential, employee or other hotel-sensitive data through general website contact channels.

The website provides links to the Acron Rooms application at app.acronrooms.com and contact options such as email and WhatsApp.
The website does not automatically contact those external services merely by displaying these links. A connection to the relevant third-party service occurs only when you choose to follow or use the corresponding link.
The privacy practices of the destination service may then apply.
Demo requests
This website provides a demo request form that prepares an email addressed to info@acronrooms.com in your device’s configured email application.
The form is processed locally in your browser. This website does not transmit or store the information entered into the form, and Acron Rooms does not receive that information merely because you complete the form or select the preparation button.
Nothing is sent to Acron Rooms until you review the prepared message and send it yourself through your email application. If you send the email, Acron Rooms receives and processes the information contained in it solely to handle your demo request and related communication.
Your email provider and the email service used by Acron Rooms may also process the message under their respective privacy terms. Please provide only the information necessary for your demo request and do not include guest, payment, credential, employee or other hotel-sensitive data.
Ask Acron
Ask Acron is not yet released as a production data-processing function.
Before activation, its permitted knowledge sources and data boundaries will be separately defined and tested. Guest, payment, credential and employee data must not be entered into Ask Acron.
Cookies and similar technologies
No optional analytics or marketing cookies are intentionally enabled by the current website.
The production technology configuration must be verified before publication and this Privacy Policy updated if additional processing is introduced.
Information still required before publication
The production website is deployed on Cloudflare Workers, separate from Acron Rooms’ hotel management system. This website’s Cloudflare Workers deployment does not connect to any database, guest data or the PMS system.
Cloudflare Workers Observability is disabled for this website. The website therefore does not intentionally enable Cloudflare Workers application logging or analytics through that feature.
Cloudflare may nevertheless process technical infrastructure data independently at the DNS, network, CDN or security level. The exact scope of that processing, applicable retention periods and any international data transfers must still be verified against Cloudflare’s current documentation and contractual arrangements.
The applicable data-processing agreement or equivalent contractual arrangements with Cloudflare must also be verified before publication.
